Three Pain Points in Industrial Automation

Pain Point 2: Insufficient Industrial I/O & Complicating System Integration
Industrial Automation requires industrial PCs to connect to several different equipment. For example, PLC, vision cameras, barcode scanners, sensors and label printers etc.. Also, a stable power supplier and support 9-36V is the most common scenario.
Insufficient I/O ports, like limited USB or serial ports, forcing engineers to use messy external hubs that create extra failure points and unstable communication.
Konda’s solution: Abundant native RS232/485/LAN/USB industrial interfaces, full compatibility with mainstream industrial software, wide 9–36V DC power input for on-site voltage fluctuation tolerance.
Pain Point 3: Unoptimized Touch & Display Performance Affect Efficiency
Low-brightness screens suffer severe reflection under workshop lighting and sunlight; operators struggle to read data clearly causing errors. In addition, ordinary capacitive screens cannot recognize glove touch; workers have to repeatedly take on/off safety gloves to input MES orders or view process drawings, wasting plenty of operating time.
Konda’s solution: we use industrial resistive/capacitive dual touch (supports glove operation), high-bright anti-glare LCD, built-in EMC shielding to eliminate touch interference.
